  Got bike to bike shop on time but stopped serving another customer to ask for 5 euros for inner tube and was just rude. Tall guy if you wished to be warned!

  Couldn't be more helpful and hired a BMC Team machine Ultegra for 30 euros including insurance for the next day, so helpful he let me take it away at 3pm that day to be returned 7pm the following evening. Brilliant

  Sadly all that good work was all for nought as I got a puncture 3km from shop. Tried to fix but pump or me at end 85km Cycle were not up to it!! As 30 mins from sunset phoned bike shop for assistance. He did come but was clearly put out from driving 2 miles to help a customer.

  Bikes were in poor condition and when we returned to ask if he could fix the problems (plastic part missing from front mech, Untrue rear wheel, rear wheel bearing needed replacement, rear derallieur hanger untrue, brakepads) he wouldnt let us finnish our first sentence before he went batshit crazy ant started screaming F! this F!   Very poor experience! 3 of our 5 bike were not popper working. Especially the gear shifts were a nightmare. The owner of this shop was a very unfriendly person and not willing to support or to discuss this matter. Just shouting to us. Seems that this guy is not able to run a shop for such a professonal brand. This not what BMC normally stands for. Never ever our bike club will rent there anymore. Also we informed some of our neighbour bike clubs about this issue.

  The customer is evidently wrong! I read the reviews and was hesitant but handy for hotel. Started well when lady let me have bike in afternoon before hire day. Even kindly wrote out a route.

  I came for a bike part. A man (owner?) was almost shouting at me. Didn't let me finish speaking, didn't listen and therefore we both ended up with a broken part. Very hostile atmosphere
